Favorite music of 2024

Starting with the albums, these are the ones I liked the most during last year, according to the Deezer, Apple Music and myself. By no means this list and the next one are restricted to music released this year, as I’m not always up to speed on the new stuff (cue album #6 and #7 released in 2004 and 2005, respectively).

Towards the end of 2024 I made the switch from Deezer to Apple Music. I had Last.fm set up in Deezer, but forgot to look for a way to scrobble my plays on the new service. For this reason, I don’t think looking at scrobble count would be fair for this list, so I curated a shorter list of songs I favorited in either of these platforms.

Here is the playlist in Apple Music for your convenience.
